A highly seasoned Refinery Vice President with 29 years of dedicated experience in the refining industry, this executive currently leads operations at a complex refinery in Rayong with a significant throughput capacity of 148 kbd crude and 57 kbd condensate residue distillate. Since October 2019, this role has encompassed the strategic management of the refinery to maximise profitability, ensure stringent safety and environmental compliance, and maintain high operational efficiency. Napaporn is also responsible for robust Asset Management to ensure maximum utilisation and reliability, and for controlling people’s development to build a competent team.
Prior to this leadership role, Napaporn spent 8.5 years (2011–2019) as Refinery Technical Manager, where she led, coached, and developed a team of 8-12 Process Engineers. Her career progression includes critical roles such as Lead Process Engineer in the plant (2008–2011), leading the Process Engineer team for the “Refinery Upgrading and Clean Fuel project” (2006–2008), and gaining foundational experience as a Refinery Economist (2005–2006) running LP and production planning, following an 8-year start as a rotational Process Engineer (1997–2004).
