Founded in France in 1926 as Compagnie Technique des Pétroles (CTP), the company has evolved from its roots in heavy industry into a global specialist in chemical cleaning and environmental services.
For 100 years, CTP has pursued the mission of restoring the efficiency and reliability of thermal equipment by cleaning external tube surfaces. Through proprietary technologies such as NEUTROL®, DECAMEX®, and NEUTRAMEX®, CTP removes fouling and deposits that impair heat transfer, enabling customers to optimize energy efficiency, reduce downtime, lower emissions, and extend equipment life. More recently, CTP has broadened its environmental offering with mobile on-site wastewater treatment units, helping customers manage industrial effluents while advancing their sustainability objectives.
Today, as CTP celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026, the company stands as a global leader operating in more than 45 countries and supported by a team of over 300 employees worldwide.

While CTP’s legacy is rooted in its global history, our capacity to service the rapid industrial expansion of the Eastern Hemisphere changed entirely with the creation of our Singapore subsidiary, CTP Environment Asia Pacific, in 2003.
