Yusuke Takahashi joined IHI Corporation in 2008. Since joining, he has consistently been engaged
in the gas turbine industry, gaining extensive experience over the years.
As a Program Manager, he led a joint production project of Aeroderivative gas turbines with
General Electric (now GE Vernova), contributing to the manufacturing of 100+ gas turbines for
power plants.
Takahashi has also acquired valuable on-site experience through his involvement in the
construction of gas turbine combined cycle power stations in countries such as Thailand and
Mozambique, working closely with customers to ensure project success.
Since 2022, Mr. Takahashi has been actively participating in the development of ammonia-fueled
gas turbines, aimed at contributing to global decarbonization. Takahashi currently leads new
business development and marketing activities in this field, driving innovation and supporting
IHI Corporation’s commitment to a sustainable future
