Hackfinsept is a Package Equipment Engineer/Mechanical Data Analyst with more than 3 years of working experience in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Industry. His project experience includes Front End Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering, and Data Handover Phase for the Renewable Diesel, Offshore, and ATLS projects where he performs project lead positions particularly on data management execution. At the early stage of his career, Hack was given the opportunity to lead the Mechanical Data Validation team which consists of 10 senior mechanical engineers for an Offshore project based in the North Sea, United Kingdom. Currently, he is the sole Mechanical Data Analyst managing the entire mechanical data for a large-scale ATLS Project based in Indiana, United States. He also has proven experience in business proposal development and document and data management all in the same industry. Hack has track record for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through his experience in which he also performs the Global Presidency role for Graduates Advancing to Professionalism, a global employee resource group within Fluor Corporation that assist employees with zero to five years of experience, easing the transition into corporate environments by providing professional development and networking programs. Externally, he also served as the 2024 Chapter President of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers – Las Piñas-Muntinlupa Chapter and Program Co-Chair/Host of the 72nd PSME National Convention. Hack is a graduate of Batangas State University – The National Engineering University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
