Hermawan Yudhistiro

Hermawan has over 18 years of experience in Indonesia’s refinery industry. For 15 years, he specialized in Naphtha Blocks, Aromatics processes, and the RFCC Complex at Indonesia’s largest refinery. He currently serves as the Chief of Engineering Process Development at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, where he is responsible for driving process improvements that are safe, practical, reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable in the refinery and petrochemical project plan. His role also includes leading energy efficiency initiatives in the planning phase of all major projects in Pertamina’s refinery and petrochemical operations.
