Clarence Woo is the Managing Director of the Global Centre for Green Fuels (GCGF), a think tank based in Singapore that advises policymakers, regulators, and organizations worldwide on sustainable green fuels policies and solutions. He leads GCGF’s efforts to provide strategic guidance to governments and industries, shaping global energy systems with cost-effective and sustainable green fuel strategies. 

With over three decades of experience in clean energy policy, fuel standards, and environmental sustainability, Clarence has worked extensively with governments across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa to develop energy policies that foster environmental and economic growth. For more than two decades, he served as Executive Director of the Asian Clean Fuels Association (ACFA), becoming a leading voice in the adoption of cleaner fuels and emissions reduction initiatives across the region. 

As a member of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Partnership for Clean Fuels and Vehicles (PCFV) and a committee member of Clean Air Asia, Clarence continues to contribute to global efforts to reduce emissions and improve air quality. A recognized thought leader, he has shared his insights at over 50 international conferences across Asia and the Middle East on clean fuel policy and sustainable energy solutions.
